Ready to overcome overwhelm? A Virtual Assistant can help!
Delegate! Delegate! Delegate! I know. It’s hard. I get it! Letting someone else have any control over your business is scary.
BUT….are the little day to day administrative tasks that are taking up so much of your time truly making you money? Is there enough time in your day to promote growth in YOUR business? Does just thinking about it overwhelm you?
Yes….No….YES! Is that how you answered? If so…..we need to chat!
I’m sure you’re wondering….”How am I ever going to have time to train someone?”
Well, that’s easy…there is very little training you have to do if you find a qualified VA! Tell them what you need to be done, and they do it. They may have a few questions. But it is definitely not like starting from scratch.
You’re also thinking…..”What if they mess up?”
There’s that. It can happen.
BUT….what if THIS happens: You find a VA that fits your needs. You TRUST them. Then, they, in turn, will build on that trust. That’s how it usually goes. To me…my clients are important. I treat them like a new friend. I want to make them happy. I want them to see the benefits in hiring me immediately.
When you start with a new VA, first just give them a couple tasks. You will be able to tell rather quickly if you and the VA are going to work well together. There is this click that I tend to know right away when I start working with a client(often before I start working…..to the degree that I decide to NOT take them on as a client if I feel it isn’t a good match). Go with your gut. Your gut instinct is usually pretty accurate!
You can click here and see all that a VA can offer you. And if you don’t see something on this list….ask! I know I am always willing to learn something new. Heck, I LOVE learning new skills!! Just as you want to grow your business, I am always working on growing mine.
It is so rewarding to us, as VA’s, to see YOU succeed. Helping others is why we do what we do!
What overwhelms you? Can I help make it less of a stress? Let me know!

Staying focused in your business is extremely important. Whether your business is a coaching business, virtual assistant business, e-commerce business…whatever it is! You MUST stay focused. Here are 8 tips I found helpful for my own virtual assistant business. I hope you find them helpful as well!
1. Have the RIGHT systems and processes in place. This will save you so much time and even energy! Efficient systems and processes for each task saves time and helps you stay on track to meet your goals.
2. Organize your emails. Use your folders, filters and rules to keep track of everything! If you aren’t going to read that newsletter that comes in….trash it! Don’t keep unneeded or unwanted emails. Even better…UNSUBSCRIBE to them! Have you ever used unroll.me? It is AWESOME! LOVE it!
3. Declutter. If your desk has piles of papers, books, whatever all over it….that makes it hard to stay focused. Have a clean working area at all times! Every night when you’re done…put things where they go! File them. Trash them. Whatever needs done, don’t stop your day until it is done!
4. Review your processes on a regular basis. If something isn’t working as smooth as you want, change it! Maybe talk to your mentor or coach….they may have a better way of doing some things!
5. Invoice regularly. If you don’t invoice the clients regularly, they can’t pay you regularly. If they don’t know what they owe, it’s not their fault! Get organized!
6. Make daily to-do lists. This helps your brain stay focused and what an amazing feeling when you have everything crossed off that list!
7. Take breaks. At least 2-3 a day! NOT counting your lunch break. Don’t eat lunch at your desk. (I know…sometimes you’re in the middle of a launch and have no choice) BUT for the most part…take those breaks! Stretch. Take a walk. Take a nap! Get your mind refreshed so that you are thinking clearly at all times!
8. Hire Help! Virtual Assistants can help you get the things that take your mind away from your main goal, DONE! And in less time, usually, than it will take you!
How do you stay focused? Share below in the comments! I would love to hear YOUR tips!

Here are 8 reasons YOU need a Virtual Assistant!(And that’s just to start with!)
- Your workload is overwhelming. You have no time to do what you LOVE to do. The things that actually MAKE you money. We will take your tasks, organize them and make your business run smoothly!

- Your email inbox is freaking OUT of control! You have hundreds maybe thousands of emails in your inbox and ONE missed email can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars!

- You HATE social media! (This is a big one! What a time-consuming task!) We can schedule your content out and keep you in the public’s eye!
- You don’t have time to train someone. Either we already know how, or we will learn on our own time. This benefits not only you, but other clients as well, so why should you pay?!
